Participation in studies conducted by Cava is open to individuals 18 years or older.
Participants may be recruited directly by Cava or through trusted third-party recruitment partners.

Voluntary Participation
Participation is studies conducted by Cava is voluntary. Participants may withdraw at any time without compensation.
Incentives
Participants are compensated for successful participation. Compensation type may vary and often consists of gift cards or digital vouchers.
Compensation is provided after validation and quality checks.
Compensation is forfeited if a participant: Provides false or misleading information, Fails to complete the study or Violates conduct or quality requirements
Conduct & Quality
Participants are expected to: Provide honest and thoughtful responses, Follow study instructions, and Behave respectfully.
Cava reserves the right to exclude participants who fail screening or quality criteria or engage in inappropriate conduct.
Recordings
Studies may include audio, video, or screen recordings, depending on the project. Participants will always be informed in advance if recording is involved.
Recorded material is used solely for research purposes and shared with clients only in aggregated or anonymised form. A participant’s first name and, where voluntarily provided, photo may be shared with the client.
Data Protection
Participant data is processed solely for research and insight purposes and is never sold or used for marketing.
Data is anonymised or pseudonymised where possible and retained only for as long as necessary to complete the project and related analysis, in accordance with GDPR.
Participants may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting info@cava.as
Liability
Participants are responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, and technical setup. Cava is not responsible for technical issues or loss of compensation due to incorrect participant information.
Governing Law
These Participant Terms are governed by Danish law, with disputes subject to the Danish courts.
