Cava’s pricing is designed to be flexible and scalable, depending on how often you run projects and how deeply you want to integrate campaign validation into your workflow.

You can either pay per project on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis, or choose a monthly plan that includes a set number of projects. Committing to monthly usage lowers unit prices across key elements such as recruitment, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting, making it more cost-effective for teams that validate campaigns on a regular basis.

The pricing page focuses primarily on campaign testing and validation, but Cava offers a broader range of services beyond what is listed. This includes more complex research setups, custom methodologies, deeper strategic involvement, and tailored advisory support. These services are scoped individually to ensure the approach fits the specific challenge rather than a predefined package.

All plans are modular, transparent, and designed to give you control over both scope and cost, while allowing you to scale up or down as your needs change.

During the demo or initial conversation, we walk through your use case, discuss your campaign objectives, and explore how Cava can best support your needs. This allows us to recommend the most relevant setup, scope the right level of testing, and clarify timelines and pricing before any commitment is made.

Once aligned, we help you get up and running quickly, whether that means setting up your first project, selecting the right audience, or tailoring a custom research approach. Our team supports you throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient start.

Most projects are completed within 72 hours from the point where scope, target group, and setup are fully agreed.

In some cases, timelines may be extended. This can happen when projects involve particularly complex or niche target groups, require custom recruitment setups, or are affected by unforeseen circumstances. If this applies, we always communicate expectations clearly and align on timing before the project begins.

Our goal is to deliver insights quickly without compromising quality, and timelines are always confirmed upfront so there are no surprises.

We are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality insights. All participants are real, verified individuals, and we do not rely on panels, bots, or synthetic data. Each participant is carefully sourced and matched to the specific needs of the project to ensure relevance and reliability.

Recruitment is flexible by design. Depending on your objectives, we can recruit broad and cost-efficient target groups or highly specific audiences with complex criteria, always tailored to the requirements of your campaign.

Quality assurance is built into every step of Cava’s process. While we use advanced tools and automation to increase speed and efficiency, no project is ever fully automated.

All work is reviewed through multiple layers of manual quality control, including expert oversight and human sanity checks at key stages. This ensures that data collection, analysis, and outputs align precisely with what was agreed at project initiation.

Our experts validate findings, assess consistency and relevance, and apply professional judgment before any results are delivered. This combination of technology, expertise, and manual review ensures reliable insights, clear recommendations, and consistently high-quality outcomes.

Cava is not in control of the outcome of a study. Insights may challenge expectations, and results do not always confirm existing assumptions. Our role is to report honest feedback from real participants and provide expert recommendations based on best practice, not to shape outcomes to fit a desired narrative.

That said, we take responsibility for the quality of the work we deliver. If you believe that the quality of participants, the depth of the analysis, or the insights provided do not meet what was agreed at project initiation, we will offer a full refund with no questions asked.

Our priority is trust and transparency, and we would rather stand behind our work than deliver results that do not meet agreed standards.

Yes, you can cancel a project after it has started. As outlined in our Terms of Use, you will be responsible for covering any costs that Cava has already committed at the time of cancellation, such as recruitment or third-party services.

Any remaining work that has not yet been initiated will not be charged. We always aim to be transparent about committed costs and will confirm the status of the project at the time of cancellation.
